Awareness Raising Campaign by Archelon

UIU MARINER proudly took part in a major river cleaning initiative with Mommy ROV 2 – Archeleon, a state-of-the-art remotely operated vehicle designed for environmental restoration. Outfitted with advanced sensors, high-resolution vision systems, and a mechanical collection mechanism, Archeleon was able to detect pollution hotspots, gather precise environmental data, and remove debris from beneath the water’s surface.

Throughout the event, the ROV navigated murky waters with precision, identifying and extracting plastic waste, fishing nets, and other pollutants that threaten aquatic ecosystems. By combining engineering innovation with environmental stewardship, UIU MARINER demonstrated how technology can directly tackle one of today’s most pressing environmental issues. This mission not only helped clean the river but also raised public awareness, proving that impactful change is possible—one dive, one cleanup, and one innovation at a time.
